Late August brought me to New York for a wedding with a twist – held at the Bronx Zoo! Between the beautiful ceremony and the unique surroundings, it was a wedding to remember. But the city had plenty more in store.
I took to the skies with a helicopter ride around Manhattan, and wow, seeing the iconic skyline from above was breathtaking! Back on the ground, I ventured into the city lights of Times Square at night, where the buzz of NYC was in full force. Biking around Manhattan gave me a whole new perspective, letting me zip past famous spots and hidden gems alike.
For a dose of culture, I explored the New York Museum of Natural History, where the dinosaur skeletons were just as awe-inspiring as I’d remembered as a child, and then spent an afternoon at The Met, soaking up art from across the ages. From street-level thrills to sky-high views, NYC proved once again why it’s a city that never stops impressing.
